Honestly, of all the houses for sale that I looked at today, I liked this one the most.

Sorry the pics are not that good, it's been raining.

It doesn't sit on a corner at all. There aren't any close neighbors.

This side door is on the south side of the house, by the driveway.
I find it interesting that this house doesn't have a gararge.
This is probably the reason the house hasn't sold.

I put the camera over the fence and snapped a couple of pictures of the backyard.

This is the only house in Tripp that I have seen so far with a privacy fence .

The sidewalk suggests that there was a garage at one time where the basketball court is. There is an alley behind the fence.

I would say the backyard is pretty big.

I turned around and took this picture of the side porch.

Then I walked around to the front porch.

There are several cracks in the front porch

This is the north side of the house.

There is an old garage on the north side. I don't believe this goes with the house.

The privacy fence is not attached to the garage.

I walked behind the old garage and took a picture over the fence.

The northside windows, the window on the left has insulation in it.

North side roof view. They still have the Christmas lights up. The roof appears to be in real good condition.

The lot next to the garage may have had a house on it at one time.

In conclusion, I would say that the house seems to be in good condition overall, but too bad it doesn't have a garage.

Is $25,000 too much for a house with no garage?
