Hot Springs South Dakota
A Cool Little Town
Heading into Hot Springs SD from the south, we encountered many billboards promising fun, excitement and cool places to stay. Then I noticed that the dirt near the highway was red, it reminded me of when we drove through Georgia.
Wow, we were really impressed with Hot Springs. What a cool little town. A river runs through it, and there is a waterfall. The buildings look old and were made out of a red sandstone. It looks like a nice touristy town.
Even though all the parking places were taken, the town seemed rather quiet for being 7:30 pm on a Friday night.
