Visiting Pollock SD
Pictures and Information
If you plan on traveling to North Dakota from South Dakota following the Lewis and Clark Trail, you will pass through a cute little town called Pollock.

Pollock is located on the northern border of South Dakota by a large lake called Lake Oahe, or Pollock Lake .

We saw several places to eat and signs for affordable lodging, like this sign for the Old Train Depot Lodging.

Pollock has an interesting history. The old town was moved to higher ground to accommodate the Pollock Dam. Read the history marker and see some pictures.
